We knew they wanted an easier way to whip up tasty Swerve-sweetened treats on a whim for birthdays, bake sales or, you know, Tuesdays. So, we created Swerve Sweets, a mix-and-bake way to sweeten up every day.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Here's How It Goes
Makes 12 cookies.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Whisk together milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Add baking mix and stir until combined. Add melted butter to mix and stir until well combined.
Drop dough onto parchment-lined or ungreased cookie sheet with a tablespoon. If desired, flatten cookies by gently pressing down.
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edge of the cookies are golden brown. Let cool on cookie sheet.
Note: Place dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes before gently pressing down for a thicker cookie.
