Discussion: Tart cherries are commonly used in pies, cakes and tarts. They contain an abundance of nutrients, along with at least 17 antioxidants including anthocyanins and ellagic acid. Anthocyanins give cherries their distinct red color and have been studied for their possible health benefits, including joint support.
Use only as directed. Mix approximately 2 Tablespoons (1 fl. oz. / 30 ml) with 6 to 8 ounces of cold water. Refrigerate after opening to maintain freshness.
