Our reishi mushroom powder is milled from the water-extracted fruiting mushroom body (not the myceliem) and is grown on hardwood logs. Our reishi extract contains a minimum of 20% polysaccharides. The flavor of reishi is quite bitter and works best brewed as a tea, added to sweetened tonics, coffees and in chocolate concoctions.
