Whey Protein Isolate (WPI)

WPH contains primarily di- and tripeptides and are considered superior to intact (whole) proteins and free amino acids in regards to absorption rate and ease of digestion. WPH is especially beneficial post-training as it appears to enhance the effects of carbohydrate ingestion in regards to how rapidly muscle glycogen resynthesis occurs.
