Dried Jujube Fruit

Jujube has been a revered superfruit in traditional Asian culture for centuries. This exotic fruit is also commonly known as Red Date, Indian Date, Chinese Date or Korean Date. Used in a wide range of applications, jujube fruits are considered a Qi-enhancing tonic according to Chinese herbalism. Not as sweet as palm dates, Red Jujube dates have a delicately sweet taste with notes of apple and custard. They contains fiber, minerals, antioxidants and are a high source of Vitamin C and Manganese.

Snack on this delicious superfruit right out of the bag or use in a variety of recipes. Please be advised that Jujube fruits contain pits. Prior to using them in recipes, remove the pits.
