お茶の風味を十分に味わうには、水を沸騰させ、沸騰したらすぐにお茶を注ぎます。 沸騰しすぎると酸素が減少し、お茶の風味を失います。2～4分または好みの味に淹れます。
茶葉
茶こしに小さじ1杯（6～8oz）の茶葉を入れます。 ティーポットでは、お茶を入れ、インフューザーを使用しない場合は、茶こしに注ぎます。 2～4分蒸らして、お好みの味にしてください。
電子レンジで水を温める事はおススメしません。
