Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body. During prolonged periods of strenuous exercise, glutamine levels may drop, causing stress to the body and leading to muscle breakdown. COR-Performance Glutamine is a great choice after a workout to help the body replenish glutamine levels which play a role in protein synthesis and muscle cell recovery.
Use only as directed. Take one serving (1 scoop) of cor-performance glutamine mixed with 8 fl. oz. of cold water or other beverage of choice after training up to two times per day.
